this Ulta really needs to work on their customer service and being more friendly. I was purchasing a foundation and asked the girl to make a sample of the product as I wasn't sure on the exact color and she stated the Ulta doesn't do samples. I still purchased my $55 foundation since Sephora was out of my color. But I will not be shopping at this location going forward. but rather than allow a sample or even offer to test it, they would prefer for you to be wasteful and return the product. Absolutely LAZY. Point blank they are not eco friendly. I definitely would prefer to spend my money at Macy's or Sephora. They have great customer services and take the time to find out your needs.
