Terrible experience , waited a month for an appointment from having to go to the ER every week just for them to run no test and send me home more confused then I came into the office as ?! I dont think they really want to help Just get you out of their hair for another month, changing my doctors today hate it here

Erica Bell is one of the best Doctors in the Antelope Valley. She is very thorough and she cares about her patients. Trust me if anyone says otherwise they are NOT telling the truth. There is a thing called freedom of speech but also theres defamation of character.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Erica Bell is going to kill somebody! After waiting six weeks for Er follow up appointment. Erica Bell sent me home without being seen! I brought my Er paperwork but she wanted hospital paperwork. I was seen by temp Dr two weeks later, at that appointment I was sent straight to hospital ! I also was given a stat referral to hart Dr! Temp Dr was great! I would go to different locations as Erica Bell is only one at this location!

This place is horrible when it comes to appointments doesnt matter if you make a Appointment they will make you wait over an hour just to be called to the back not including how much longer it takes to be seen in the back, they dont even let you know whats going on, completely ridiculous wait time so not professional
