        Absolutely the worst did everything wrong now and in debt with IRS and don't buy extra insurance it's a scam to take more money STAY AWAY !!!

        My experience with H&R Block and my tax advisor Laura Ornelas has always been great. She's always walked me through -what- I can write off, and -what- I can't, and gives me great tips for the following year, and what to look out for based on my salary, medical bills, work-related expenses, rental income, etc. I always recommend to all of my friends and family that it's best to go with H&R Block over using some sort of "app", because it's personalized and agents like Laura Ornelas are always there to answer questions or give you advice. 5 stars! :)
