        Let me begin this review by stating that the reason I choose this location over others in the area (time and time again).. the staff and the way they exceed in customer service. To name a few, Nicole, Tia and Gilbert have been exceptionally helpful and patient with myself and my entire family. They truly know how to make this resort feel like home for the entire week were here. And although I havent been able to catch the names of the other wonderful employees, all of the staff at this location go above and beyond to keep this facility looking fantastic. If youre looking for a family friendly environment where you can relax in the morning poolside and be within walking distance of the famous Palm Springs downtown area then this is your spot.

        Very nice place. Lots of room. Safety: Staff there daytime and security guard and keycard open main door late night. Noteworthy details: Rolling blackouts in palm springs. No electricity on last day there for a few hours.
