        Food: The quality of the ingredients was very high, with a lot of options. I like my poke with almost everything on it, and it was really wonderful . The spicy mayo was really flavorful and married the salmon very well. Ambiance: The interior is well decorated, keeping the same colors and theme everywhere. Very spacious with a ton of chairs inside (Palm Springs' temperature are rough in the summer). The staff was very professional and polite. Value: A little bit expensive for a poke, 2 scoops of proteins were $14.99 with increments of $2 for more. Although, you do get every toppings, sauces, and mix-ins. Vegetarian options: It's a poke, so it is primarily based on animal protein. I'm sure you can ask without, but I would just go home and make some rice with mango then.
