Chad from Palm Springs plumbing CO stole 2000$+ worth of gold chains from my bathroom on November 28th 2022 at around 3 oclock from my bathroom. My dad whos been a long time user of Palm Springs plumbing Called to get a shower head replaced while I was not home and behold I get home and the 3 gold chains hanging from my door are magically gone. NO ONE ELSE has been in my bathroom to be able to take these besides chad who was here servicing my shower on 11/28/2022. Its absolutely sickening that you trust a plumber to do a job and tip them then this has happens behind me and my dads back. Very sinister behavior and this will be documented for the community to know.

I had a new refrigerator delivered and discovered that the valve for the water line couldn't be shut off since it was corroded. I called multiple plumbers since I had a new fridge in my garage and an old one still connected in my kitchen. Palm Springs Plumbing answered right away and was able to come out the next day to replace the valve. Other plumbers seemed uninterested in my problem. The plumber who came out was efficient, cleaned up the area, and took care of business. The repair cost was very reasonable. I have other longer term plumbing needs in coming months and will definitely go back to PS Plumbing. Thank you!

I originally called this company to fix a leak in the shower. They either replaced or fixed something inside that did stop the leak. But the lever was put back opposite of where it had been. They explained it was backwards the first time which I understand. But I could not get hot water. The technician returned a day or two later to address this. After this the water temp was still difficult to adjust. He came back again. Well, after that I either had scalding hot water or cold water, with a definite clunking sound as the lever moved up and down between the temps. So showering meant either unbearably hot or uncomfortably cold water temps. Then I was told it's probably a bad cartridge and that will have to be replaced with parts and labor for another nearly $300, bring the total project to almost $600. The hot and cold water was never an issue prior to the leak repair. I could adjust it's normally. Only after the first repair of the leak did this occur. I can understand coincidences and perhaps the cartridge went bad immediately after the leak was, and the owner of the company was responsive and respectful and attempts were made to address this but I feel like fixing a leak when there was no hot and cold water to begin with and then paying nearly $600 in all is just too much. As much as I wanted to use a local company, I will return to Valley Plumbing.
