        I placed on order online at 5:17pm and was to pick up between 6 & 6:05pm. I arrive at 6pm and waited, waited, waited and waited until 6:45pm when my basic pepperoni pizza was finally ready. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. No I am sorry for the delay Nothing! The female employee didnt get here name. I will never order from this Little Caesars again.

        Customer service is always great and always fresh pizza for me Update: originally 5 stars but now 3 ... I feel ever since they switched managers quality and service tanked.... Also they do not always have napkins or pepper packets.
