Terrible over the phone experience!!! Sorry not sorry that ive had to cancel my appointments 3 times. 1) my little girl got sick. 2) i got sick 3)i had jury duty and couldnt make it. 4th time lady told me youve cancelled one too many times.... like okay lady thats none of your business! We all have a life and i have a job where i cannot call off. My insurance is paying your hours from my little girls visit!!! If you hate ur job then leave but dont take it out on others. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank God i read the reviews before taking my daughter there.

Worst place ever! Asked Drs repeatedly not send scripts to Walgreens, they wouldnt switch. Drs are never the same and the service is horrible. Tried to switch to another practice and requested one week refill of high blood pressure medicine and was told no not with out an appointment! Read their reviews its low for a reason

I was taken to see the doctor (Kimiko) within 10 minutes. She was professional and friendly.
