        I arrived to get tested so that I could get into the hospital to see my pregnant daughter who was in danger of a premature birth. I was unaware of needing an appointment and started freaking out. The supervisor immediately came to my assistance and walked me through the whole process and I was on my way quickly. By the time I got to the hospital the results were in my inbox. Great experience. Thank You!!
