        We have twelve rental homes which we recently placed in two separate LLCs. To complicate things even further, four of the houses have swimming pools. Jim was able to find the best policies to handle each unique situation. His assistant Sal is always pleased to help, is very thorough and efficient and never ceases to be upbeat and positive.
