        Pleasantly surprised. Was nicer than the last Best Western I stayed in. The room I had was clean and basic, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked. I just wish the herd of Wildebeests staying in the room above me hadn't been migrating all night. They clumped around from 1:30am to 6:00am. Definitely not the hotels fault though, just bad luck on my part! I think the breakfast provided by the hotel is way above average too, and I especially liked sitting outside in the little courtyard in the morning while I ate.

        Very nice place in the heart of Palm Springs. The property is great, with little seating areas found throughout; including outside our room. A big thank-you to Brenda who was awesome with our family!
