Delos Reyes Palm Springs

The price of my room was a steal for the size of the room and the overall experience.The room had some rough spots, such as some chipping in the paint in the walls, uneven shower water pressure that changed from hot to cold randomly during the shower, to ants (I think) near the shower caulking, but it was close to the nightlife with a king size bed for a great price. The pool seemed nice and inviting; there was laundry available and a fun set of games in the check-in lobby. Staff were friendly. Maybe my room was the roughest of the lot, but a better room would make this a perfect stay. Id be willing to try again.

Very nice clean room with very nice high end furnishings. Great views of pool and hot tub and mountains. Large screen TV was great. Alex, the guy at the front desk was very helpful and was very friendly to talk to. Lots of parking with security cameras on cars. I have stayed here 4 times and each room had a unique decor and furnishings and over the years they have been upgrading this hotel making future visits even better.

Terrible rooms, and owners photocopies credit cards.... fishy Rooms are terrible! And the owner makes photocopies of the credit card when checking in! UNTRUSTWORTHY! Rooms: Find something else, really bad

Steve was so kind and friendly in checking us in and accommodated my mom when she was an extra guest. Location is walkable to everything you need and rooms have some upgrades. Overall great experience.

The overall experience was what we anticipated because we did our research. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub and nice to have a super budget friendly option. The room is dated and needs small things that could easily be handled like the toilet seat tightened, something in the shower to put your soap on and new curtains. I can see the owner appears to be investing and updating things. The staff were friendly
