Best Western Inn At Palm Springs

The room is clean. Mattress is not bad. Just had my first night. Staff are very friendly. The location is quiet but not very far from downtown. Breakfast is mediocre.

Rooms are small but comfortable, and I like how quiet it has been so far and has nice views of the horizon. Located near mountain, and very low traffic. The 24/7 pool is small but proportional to population of the hotel. Also has a Jacuzzi which is always a plus! Overall economical and perfect for a relaxing stay. Also the housekeepers have been extremely nice. Walkability: This hotel is farther away from downtown and will require a car unless you really like walking. Its all flat so its totally doable but not practical for long trips in town and shopping. Noteworthy details: Has a 24/7 pool. Nice. Also its very quiet here, although I cant say what it will be like during a festival.

Im a points member l, booked directly and have stayed at this property three times previously, so why were we assigned a room with zero view, except to a blank wall 20 feet away? The owners remodeled the lobby, but the rooms are still in pretty sad shape. The granite countertops in the sink area were extremely dull - worn with age, but not in a good way. Were all for LED energy saving lights, but why did the maintenance department order the ice cold temperature ones, especially over the sink? They give a fresh cadaver cast to anyone near them. Its too bad these little details escape the management of this place. A very friendly person checked us in, though - one positive, anyway.

This was a nice place to stay. The room was comfortable. The pool area was very nice, and I LOVE that they have breakfast out there. The breakfast is tasty. Nice jacuzzi, but I didn't love that there is a security light baring down on you while sitting in there after dark... it takes away the ambiance. Location next to the mountains is stellar.
