        DON'T RENT TOOLS FROM HERE !!! I RENTED A CHAINSAW AND IT DIDNT EVEN WORK AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID " WELL PEOPLE USUALLY CALL SOONER TO TELL US THE TOOLS AREN'T WORKING"

        Mismanaged mess of a store. Ive been waiting at order pickup for 30 minutes before I started writing this review. Theres no line, its just chaos because whoever manages this store in their infinite wisdom decided to put out palates of bottled water in the middle of the aisle where a line should be. Which Im also guessing is against fire code. Employees are overwhelmed and spread thin. Theyre expected to work both returns and pickups but have to log in and out every time they switch slowing down the process even more. Im not even sure what the point of order pick up is at this point being I could have been in and out of of the store 20 minutes ago. I guess it beats the time I tried to do car pickup and waited for half an hour before giving up and just going in the store. Honestly feel for the people working here. Yall dont deserve this headache.
