Rude customers service i had my boyfriend order me a mango dragonfrut lemonade blended as my mom got a chocolatemocafrape and then my boyfriend order a nitro cold brew I asked to add whipped cream to the dragonfrut drink the guy said you didn't order a dragonfrut drink so i called my boyfriend over and he told my boyfriend thats not a dragonfrut drink and he told use that we can have a new thing thats blended when we did ask for it to be blended he was being rude and had a angry town of voice then as we gpt are drinks back there was no ice in them and the wrong order completely we called to make a complete and the lady told use to come back in and they will remake are drinks we told her no were not coming back she insisted we give her a name and to come back after we told her no the maniger was not there and she refused to let use report a complaint she told use she does it all the time dive people new drinks if were not happy so that means their hhanding out free drinks topeople that say they dont likw there drink so if u want an extra free drink just tell them u dont like it. And the guy told use dont put a tipe.

BEWARE!! Dirty ! Got mayor food poisoning from a refresher ! Ended up at the ER ! Workers wash your hands Called the riverside department of health ! Place needs to be shut down and cleaned bad !!!!its not the first time read the comments on this gross Starbucks

I'v been going to this SB almost 12 years . I'm a very loyal customer . Drink only SB coffee . bur this new Mangment is awful. I need to contact upper lever management . Very disappoitnent .
