Window Shades Above And Design

Very frustrated with this company right now. Ordered shades back in March and I am still waiting. No one at the company responds to emails, phone calls or texts. I have no idea what has happened to my order and I am out a few thousand dollars at this point.

This was he most horrid experience. We odder 3 shades in May, 2021. We kept getting excuses of why they're not delivered In March, 2022 we asked for our deposit back or we would go to Small Claims Court. We finally got our money back in April, 2022. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Super nice and helpful. Lots of knowledge about shades, blinds, and parts. Though he didn't have my brand, he steered me to another source. Limited weekday hours, as he might be out on a site.

I had some insurance repairs needed on some of my Hunter Douglas blinds, and the company I bought them through no longer worked with Hunter Douglas, so when I called Hunter Douglas directly, they referred me to Shades Above for the insurance repairs. I had an incredible experience. They were professional, They dealt directly with Hunter Douglas, and actually replaced a few other blinds (that had nothing wrong) because the original color was no longer offered. My contact with the office and scheduling was great. The installers wore face masks the whole time, without having to ask them to. They did a great installation job. I never even had to pull out my warranty, and they got approval to replace the blinds. They were so good across the board, that I can't even think of anything they need to improve on. In the future I will always use them. They got me as a customer for life.
