He wouldn't even let me send him photos and measurements of the headboard I need reupholstered. Without ever seeing anything, he just spit out a price and said "too much huh?"

Seranno's reupholstered my leather sofa and I couldn't be happier. I picked out the leather and a corresponding fabric from his samples, the fabric arrived a week later, and he was able to complete the work the following week. Great value for quality work! I also found Mr Seranno quite fun to work with. If I have any future upholstery work to do, he'll be my man!

I first went to Mr. Serrano's shop back around August 11, 2022. He showed me samples of the different fabrics and colors for my 4 high chairs and 6 dinning chairs.  I decided on the fabric "Mendel" and color is Turmeric.  Within 2 weeks the material was in and his work of art was delivered on September 3rd, 2022.  Best decision ever, Mr Serrano truly brought these chairs back to life! His work is exceptional. Thank you Mr Serrano! Si se puede

Very Rude. I called and asked for help on a chair and the owner told me he was worried about liability and wouldn't even look at it. I was surprised that he treated me the way he did, take a pass!

He refused to do what he consided a complicated reupholstering of a loveseat, when Rodriguez Upholstery had total confidence, gave us a good price, and had the job done perfectly in less than two weeks. (At least he communicated!)
