        Not very responsive. Went in Summer to do tax planning scenarios and was told they would be ready in 2 weeks. They had another client needing their attention. Called after 1 month and after 2 months. No response nor excuse for the delay. Finally, three months after we initially met, they called back. Didn't go back.
