National Pool Tile

I really hate to write negative reviews but this place earned it. First I was sent there by my pool contractor to pick out some tile. The guy who worked the counter was not friendly nor helpful. On my 2nd visit I had a quote for tile that I had to pay in the store. I googled their hours and it said open til 4pm. I arrived there at 3:40pm to find the very same guy, standing at the gate, telling me they were closed. I pointed out the time and he said he had paperwork. Again he was rude. Its a shame because the person who created the quote was super nice. It was definitely not the same person.

We came here after visiting another pool tile store that we weren't crazy about, which was way more expensive than we had anticipated. We were a little disheartened after seeing the other pool store. Upon arriving here, we were greeted by a very friendly representative who immediately assisted us. We found a tile we love and at a price we were way more comfortable with. Turned our day around in the best way.
