Ensemble Therapy

I never received a call to get an appointment set up for her evaluation. When I did call there was no answer, ever. I just changed my daughter's clinic.

I have the utmost confidence in my manager, my team, and the rest of the staff. If I make a mistake on any project, I receive comments right away to help me fix it. My thoughts and recommendations are respected and requested.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My son had an evaluation with them back in November and from the recommendation he needs to go twice a week; during the evaluation the therapist stated someone will call you next week to schedule an appointment. Then next week comes no one calls; I figured its the holidays, flu season, vacations etc and was patient. Now its the end of December no calls from anyone; were now January and still no calls so I start calling twice a week nothing. Finally at my wits end I go to their website hoping to find a manager or the practice administrator or owner but wasnt able to so I see a email address. I emailed on the 31st of January and they called be back on February 1st now I will say that she was helpful and tried so my hats off to Mira (probably the only positive thing about this place). I spoke with Mira and told her my concerns about the telehealth visits about if being covered or not with my insurance; she was kind and said she will reach out to our auth team and have them run the benefits to ensure it was covered and someone from scheduling reach out to me. Fast forward to today February 3rd I get a call and the caller was snarky and was not helpful at all, acting like I had barely called last week and only option was for Thursday at 1:30; I formed her I cant do that because of work and my son is in school. Long story short if you dont have the staff to accommodate patients and their families say so from the get go dont have us waiting forever. Going forward I will not give so much time to pass and be more aggressive with advocating for my son.

Love my son's physical therapists. Always attentive and super thorough. We have been going since my son was 2 months old and he is making tremendous progress despite his disabilities. Would highly recommend!
