I love skecher shoes!!! I have bought them through the internet a couple of times. The first time, both pairs were the wrong size. Returning them was easy as long as you are by a UPS store. The turnaround was fast. The new shoes I still ware to this day. Now this particular location was great!!! The one thing they could have a better selection of wide shoes for women. That was what I was looking for. I found a pair however, it was more expensive than the ones I bought online.Other than that, the gals who worked there were very kind and helpful. I took back a pair of shoes that I ordered online, and they returned them with a smile. Overall, it was a good experience. In the photos the multi colored ones are 1 1/2 years old. Of course they are super comfortable and a bit worn out. They never once hurt my feet. The new ones, which are black, blueish grey, hurt my feet after about 2 hours of wearing them. As you can see tho the new right shoe has a dimple in the toe area that doesn't go as away. I didn't notice it until I came home. I really like them, but I got the last pair of size 6 they had.

Today I came in for an online order that I wanted to return & get a refund for, the sales lady claimed they were filthy & refused to give me a refund. Although the shoes were not dirty at all, according to the policy you are allowed to return shoes within 45 days...but clearly she is clueless, and I confirmed this with the Cabazon location that I was able to make a return within ANY location in CA. And unfortunately I had to drive all the way to Cabazon to make that return. I highly recommend not wasting your time at this store & save yourself the headache & just go to Cabazon Skechers.
