Rob and his team put our needs first from the outset. Selling your home can be hectic and filled with turmoil. Rob Zwemmer checked in often with how we were feeling, making sure we were moving at a pace that was supportive of us in selling our home of 19 years. After this experience, I've learned that a great realtor is a great guide. He guided us through preparing our home for showing, in selecting the right asking price (we had two offers 100k over asking), in picking the right offer, and his team rolled up their sleeves and helped us find a lease when the rental inventory was non-existent. Beyond Rob our realtor, we got to know several members of his team. We really felt like we had an organization supporting us through process of finding the right next owner of our home that we held so dear. Thank you Zwemmer Realty Group!

Jennifer Kovalenko is the best agent I have ever worked with in the 30 years of buying and selling on the East and West coast! I rarely write reviews, but wanted to acknowledge her and help others buyers and sellers easily find an agent they can absolutely count on! This is my 4th transaction with Jennifer K., and wont be the last! She is very experienced, professional, detailed, and on top of everything without skipping a beat. She holds your hand through every step of the way, and helps you over every unexpected hurdle with grace and poise! I always felt she was working for us, on our side of the team, and was a strong advocate for us especially during difficult times to ensure we made it to the finish line successfully. We never felt alone and her support has carried us through every time. 99% of being a great real estate agent is communication, timeliness, organization, integrity and professionalism and she has all of these traits plus many more! I am especially grateful she is proactive and forward thinking to go above and beyond to protect our interests as well always being a step ahead including having answers for something you may ask or already having something done before requesting.
