I would like to commend Mirna Aceves for a job well done. My husband and I had an annoying problem with Clickpay and were unable to get resolution from them. They did not respond to emails and a phone recorded message informed me that it would be a 42 minute wait on hold. We stopped by Mirna's office and she dropped everything to dive into our Clickpay problem. I admire her tenacity and patience in dealing with Clickpay....it was not easy! And yet she was able to resolve the problem. We can't thank her enough for helping us. First Service Residential is lucky to have her. She is cordial, efficient, and delightful to work with.

I had a number of questions that needed answers. Nothing terribly pressing, but it had been some time since I switched my payments to the "Autopay" service. I decided it was time to "take inventory" and to make sure everything was in order. I spoke with Michael Marshall at First Service Residential, and his responses reflected deep knowledge of my account, my billing program, and the schedule on which the autopayments were being processed. Michael knows the billing system well, and he was adept at figuring out my level of understanding, and working with me at my level. I never felt as if he were put out by my questions, and he was cheerful, polite, and pleasant for the entire three minute call. It's great to have such a productive, efficient phone call, after which all my questions were cleared up.
