Randals is a great company. They have excellent, well-trained staff that always show up when they say they will (unlike a lot of other plumbing businesses) and their commitment to perfection in their work is exceptional. I have been a customer for many years and have always been pleased and never been disappointed. I recommend them highly.

This company was absolutely brutal to deal with, and I never even got a plumber to my house. They asked me to text them pictures of my issue (a gas line), and they would get back to me with a quote and game plan. They did not, so I had to call them. The plumber, Kevin, said he would stop by at 2pm the next day to take a look. He no call no showed. I called them to ask what happened. No apology or any reason given, they just asked to reschedule. We rescheduled for two days later, 12-3pm. The morning of, they called me and said the plumber called in sick and won't be coming. I've taken two days off of work to try to get this company to come to my house and fix a gas line so I can install a new dryer. Truly unbelievable how bad this is.
