        Its horrible in the scheduling here. They schedule your appointment and have you waiting for hours until they actually see you. Whats the point to scheduling you that way? Then they have all these elderly people who can end up getting sores on their bottoms. The staff can be rude and inconsiderate. I always say if youre unhappy with your job maybe this isnt the job for you. The doctors should be on top of how the patients are doing and take their comments to consideration. Im sure hes heard them complain. Im sure this place aint going to last with the way things are being handled once its taken up to higher management.

        I waited for one hour. Doctor saw me for 10 minutes, charged $344 tp look into my eyes. Got nothing but attitude from billing department when I questioned the outrageous charge.
