Desert EyeWorks Optometry

My first visit was fine.In fact I recommended the practice. No more.Today I went in and was there for an hour mostly waiting without any communication about when they might see me. They staff was condescending and the doctor was not much better today.I will be going somewhere else Asap.

Dr. Serena Ho is great - an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, & willing to explain everything & answer all your questions. In addition, the staff is pleasant, professional, and helpful. I've been going there for a number of years now, and I've always been more than satisfied. I would highly recommend Desert Eye Works Optometry..They have a wide selection of frames and they have always helped me pick out the right frame for my face.

Made an appointment as a referral from my health insurance provider. Disappointed, left without doing exam. 1) Masked only. (I doubt their judgment regarding health issues.) 2) Told me about additional charges only at the time I showed up. 3) Additional charges were vague and elastic. I had no idea what they were going to charge me for an exam provided BY MY HEALTH INSURANCE.4) I asked questions, politely, and listened to the answers. Staff obviously became alarmed and defensive, and were happy when I left.

The staff and doctors very professional me and my wife got in to get her eyes checked and new glasses we both got two pair and they got them to us quickly highly recommend them thank you Desert I works
