Acuity Optical - Palm Desert El Paseo

My husband sat on his brand new eyeglasses and crushed them! The lenses popped out, and the frame was bent. We live out of town so we couldn't leave his eyeglasses there. The employees at Arcuity Optical were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They had his eyeglasses fixed in a short time and they were like new again.

Kendrick and Ivan are the most helpful and kind people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with . Very professional and very kind . I would recommend this to establishment to anyone looking for great customer service and excellent selection of eye wear. The doctor was also courteous and very helpful and got my a perfect fit for glasses.

READ THE PROS AND CONS : Best variety of frames i have ever seen. i have a small face and usually do not have many choices, but here i had many nice frames to choose from. CONS : I will Not go there again for prescription : The optometrist is virtual (on a video screen) which may be the reason why I can Not read the Street signs from a short distance away. All my prescription did was make my vision a little sharper, but it doesn't help me for driving. So I can't use these glasses I wasted MY MONEY. KEEP YOUR RECIEPT: I paid for my office visit at time of appointments,. and luckily i saved the receipt, because the billing dept sent me a late bill , disorganized organization

Went in today and had the best customer service ever. The gentleman that took care me took the time to make sure I could get the frames I wanted because the frames wasn't in the system. Thank you so and also the lady that did my exam was very nice. Hands down place I've ever been too.

I went to their new El Paseo location as was very impressed with this entire experience. The selection was awesome, wall to wall frames and sunglasses. They used all the latest technology, including a video call with the ophthalmologist right after my eye exam. They were running a special, 2 pairs for $89, wow! You really can't beat this, and it included a complete eye exam. I was even prescribed two different prescriptions, one for reading and for computer work, and got to select 2 different frames. Im really happy with the quality of my glasses, the staff at acuity optical was very friendly and knowledgable, the whole process took less than an hour. I received my glasses a few weeks later, and they are great. I highly recommend Acuity Optical El Paseo!
