Had eye appointment at 2:30 didn't get out of Acuity until a little after 4:00.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Building is old and needs to be remodeled and cleaned up. The employees are unfriendly and unhelpful. The opthalmologist we saw seemed efficient, but I got the impression he'd rather be somewhere else. After the 4th or 5th question asked, he acted like he couldn't get out of the room fast enough. As a matter of fact, he opened the door and answered the last question as he left-leaving further questions about cataract surgery we had unanswered. It'll be a cold day in hell before we ever go back to this joint again. Shame on Desert Oasis for having only this place for eye surgery!

Saw eye doctor for coloration left eye. Said cataracts in 5 years. No vision test. No explanation. Doctor was an idiot. Now vision in left eye is very blurred!!! This is a bad place!!!!!!

Acquity called set set up a yearly appointment. that I made. Went to the appointment when done asked for my prescription for glasses and was told this wasn't for glasses just a medical appointment glasses are different I need another appointment (more than a month later). They never said anything when they originally called. It seems they are just trying to find a way to bring people in so they can charge insurance or Medicare. When asked what the results were of the exam I was told a Dr. would look at the results (no Dr. seen during the time of the exam) and they will get back to me. Three weeks later, no word. I called and have been on ignore for over 10 minutes before hanging up.
