When we set out to find a second home, we quickly realized that it would be a virtual purchase. We found Selina and she re-assured us that this is a common way to buy a property. She showed us several properties and covered every detail via Zoom. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She looked at every house as if she was moving in and made sure to point out all the flaws and potential issues that she saw. In the end, we bought the perfect home. It needed some work which we monitored remotely. Selina went above and beyond by dropping in occasionally to check on the work and report back. I can't thank her enough. We didnt meet Selina in person until she handed the house keys to us in person. We live in the Bay Area and were searching for our 2nd home in the Palm Spring area. We met Selina through FaceTime/zoom calls and we had an instant connection and trust with her. She went out of her way and went above and beyond to take us through many houses through Zoom. She was very thorough and didnt miss any details of what she was showing. Once we found our forever 2nd home, she again went above and beyond to make sure everything thing was beautiful and perfect for our first time ever seeing it in person. It was and is the perfect home for us!!! Even while we were not in the home and had someone working on it, she would swing by to make sure everything was going well. Selina is beyond amazing. She constantly goes above and beyond expectations. When we find a home we are interested in Selina immediately sets up a time to view it and has done so many video walk throughs for us as we live in Washington state and can't always come in person.
