Chipotle Mexican Grill

I like going here because it's close to me but I absolutely will avoid this location from now on. The workers here give you as little as possible and if you don't fully scream your order I guess they don't hear you either. I asked for barabacoa and chicken. I got 1 scoop of barabacoa and then I asked about the chicken. They proceeded to tell me "sorry I already put a full scoop. It's going to be extra if you want chicken" like I wanted to have double meat. I specifically said "half and half" too so I'm sure they are just trying to gouge people and it's disgusting. Also on a side note I watched the worker beforehand and the "full scoop" was as if they had given me what I wanted from the start and the "scoop" of beans was barely anything as well. So tell them exactly what you want and Make sure they don't upcharge you. And please tell your workers to actually get enough food into the bowl

Used to be the Best Chipotle within 100 miles. Then the online orders started to super suck. Stop ordering online and only order in store. Still ok. Then go in tonight an hour before close. Out of white rice, out of cheese, out of sour cream, out of queso. They have white rice and cheese and sour cream but only on the online order line and they can't grab stuff off that line to make in store orders is what they explained. No apologies. No real explanation. No eye contact. Really left me feeling like garbage and I've known the manager Sean for a long time. Really hesitant to ever visit this location again and I was already on the fence. What a shame.

A small chicken taco about two bites was $6.50 it would have been $3 or less at a normal Mexican restaurant. Ridiculous pricing
