Terrible. They print rules they do not follow. Lack communication skills with clients. Never can talk to one person. Who is on first or 3rd base. Very frustrating. Would not recomend.

My husband and I have been with Daniel for almost 10 years. He has cover our home, vehicles and even an RV. He has been helpful with knowledge and kindness and even during hard times he is supportive with everything as well.
If you need quotes Daniel is top of my list when it comes to insurance and guidance; no matter what he is asking you for he will do what is/will be best for you.

I spoke to Daniel Cuevas to get an insurance quote for my condo. Daniel asked for my DOB. I did not understand why my date of birth was required in order to obtain a quote. Daniel stated that my date of birth was required in order to determine if there were any claims against my condo. In addition, Daniel asked for my telephone number but it was also unclear to me why I could not simply receive a quote at that time OR why I could not call back to obtain the quote. As a potential customer, I simply wanted a quote based on my property address and I was not ready to provide my personal information at that time. If I'm happy with the quote then obviously I would have to provide my personal information but a quote had not been provided as. When I asked if I could call back for the quote, Daniel stated that I needed to call a different agency and then he hung up the phone.
