      Thanks for letting us know that the hours were not right online. If you could provide us with more info, such as the date and time you stopped by or which online source you found our hours, we can look into it. We are open Monday-Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and take appointments if needed on Saturdays or evenings. Sometimes, we do have to step away from the office to meet with a client at their home or do an off-site property inspection, so it is possible that you could have missed us during our regular business hours. However, when we have to leave the office, we always leave a sign on the door to advise of our return. Whatever the case may be, I apologize for you having to make a wasted to trip to the office. I am sincerely sorry.
