Our main air conditioner went out on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, a day when the outside temperature was 110 degrees. I called our old air conditioning maintenance company, fully expecting to have to wait until Tuesday to get it repaired. Amanda, the owner of All Valley Air, answered my call and explained that it had recently acquired our old company. We could not be more pleased with the prompt and excellent service by All Valley Air. Amanda got their repair guy Carlos out within a few hours of my call on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. Carlos immediately diagnosed the problem, got our air conditioning back up and running, and carefully explained the repairs he had done -- all at a very reasonable price. Carlos and Johann just finished improving the air flow in my bedroom and office. They did a great job today and the men who installed the new units also did a great job. Jaime came out and gave me free estimate to replace one of our A/C units. It was an old unit and he was honest and upfront about options for a 20 yr old unit. I had the HVAC company the previous home owner used come out and I couldnt get a straight answer or a reasonable price from them. We went with All Valley Air because everyone from Jaime to Natalie and Amanda in the office were great to deal with. Fast responses, easy flexible scheduling, Amana products and competitive prices. Would definitely use them again and plan to start a maintenance plan with them as well. Services: Installation, Install AC
