I had a major stroke and did not want a stranger coming into my house. I was skeptical about how much help they could give me. A nurse came in and gave me an evaluation and the next day my therapy started. The scheduling was the only issue I really had. I would get a call asking if they could come the next morning, but I had a doctor's appointment already scheduled. Oscar was amazing - a shining star in the group of helpers that I saw.

I work for Valley Care Home Health and I personally know that this team of nurses, doctors, Home Health Aides and Physical Therapists always strive to go above and beyond for our patients!

Im proud to be part of this team. Our nurses, therapists and aides provide great patient care. And while no company is ever perfect, were constantly listening to patients and/or family members, evolving and finding ways to improve! We strive for excellence in patient care.

Incompetent and Disorganized
My mother was referred to Valley Care Home Health after a fall. I left four messages for Cora (insurance 'specialist'...although she only seems to specialize in ignoring voicemails...) who never returned my inquiry and also ignored my mother's primacy care physician. It has not been 6 weeks since my mother's fall and she has not gotten the PT she desperately needs.
Also, the receptionist is incompetent. When I advocate for my mother and ask the 'right' (difficult) questions about their services, she HUNG UP ON ME.
Avoid Valley Care Home Health AT. ALL. COSTS.
