Tried now for a week to get into the store and start the 10 day waiting period for a weapon that I had shipped to Turners from Turner's website. They claim computer/internet problems. If customer service matters, the owner of the store would get busy and get the situation fixed. How can a business that relies on the internet for connection with the government to move business forward, not pull out all the stops to fix such a glaring trouble spot? Really disappointed with Turner's customer support.

Shopping at Turners is always a knowledgeable and pleasant experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are very trained in ever aspect of safety and gun handling. Questions about anything I have no matter what they are they know the answer. Special orders are taken and communication is always amazing. I am so grateful I found Turners. I also enjoy the range. Despite some negative reviews mentioning customer service and wait times, I found these claims to be completely unfounded. Jovani spent over an hour with me, patiently discussing the pros and cons of different rifle options and ensuring that I was well-informed before making a decision. His knowledge and passion for firearms were evident, and he went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect rifle for my needs. I believe that a key aspect of having a positive experience at any store, especially one specializing in outdoor equipment, is to come prepared with some research and a general idea of what you're looking for. While it's understandable to not know everything, having a basic understanding can greatly enhance the recommendations and guidance provided by the staff. The team at Turners Outdoorman has a fantastic attitude and clearly loves what they do. Their enthusiasm for outdoor activities, particularly firearms, is contagious, and I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Overall, my experience at Turners Outdoorman was excellent, and I will definitely be returning for all my outdoor needs in the future.
