Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service

Not being able to open your garage door is no fun. I contacted Hanson when our spring broke and they sent out Justin Hodges the very next day. He was on time, very personable, and fixed our issue quickly and effectively. This is our second time using Hanson and I've been very pleased both times.

Junior came out to replace our broken garage door motor. We bought the replacement part from a local hardware store, and he was able to replace it, as well as get around a tricky beam that required the motor placement to be modified. He was thorough, professional, and it was all done in just over an hour. He helped me set up a new code and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving, as well as giving us some recommendations for updating/maintaining the 20 year old door. I have been using Hanson for a few years they are prompt, professional people and they do quality service! Today I woke up my garage door would not open and I called the were able to send out a Technician, Justin Hodges! Justin knew within 2 minutes of looking at it my springs were broken! So he fixed them up serviced my door and fixed rollers! He even helped me with my lift master phone app! Thank you so much Justin ! Fabulous service! Thank you Hanson for saving the day!!

I was having issues and called in for a garage door service for a very old system. Was thinking about upgraded to a new system. Justin walked me through the benefits of the new system and after his professional assessment I decided to do it. He had all the materials on the truck and within a reasonable timeframe was able to do the maintenance and complete the task of the upgraded system! Thank you Hansons door and thank you Justin!

I am the owner of Hanson Door Service and unfortunately we have an unscrupulous competitor that we believe has hacked our business account and has been getting his associates to leave unfavorable fake reviews!!! We are unable currently to even redpond to ANY reviews! They have even used our name in some of their online advertising. Sadly, the Google review system allows anyone to post a review for our type of service business. We will not resort to this type of behavior in retaliation. We strive every day for perfection but unfortunately it's not realistic to have some issues and problems along the way when servicing hundreds of customers. And any company that only has multiple 5 star reviews is not being honest with the public. I can tell you from years of experience that it's just not possible. We are a good, honest company and will ALWAYS do whatever we can to correct any situation. It is unfortunate that other companies chose to engage in such lowlife business practices but unfortunately that's what comes along with success. Thank you for your understanding and may God bless
