Nishikubo Duane T DDS

The dental office of Duane Nishikubo is beyond excellent. I give them a 1000% satisfactory rating. Dr. Duane is knowledgeable and caring and spends as much time is necessary to make things right. The lab made my crown and it was not up to his standards and he sent it back making sure it was perfect for me. His front desk staff is attentive, friendly and always ready to assist. When I call, I feel as if everything is put on hold in order to give all attention to my needs. They have become my second family. The hygienists are awesome too! I love this dental office.

Dr Nishikubo and his staff are the best!! We started coming here when my son needed his first ever dental exam. My son is now 5 and I kid you not, this child actually gets EXCITED to go to his appts! He's been seeing Brooke for his regular teeth cleanings and she is absolutely amazing with kids. We love this place, there's a reason why his calendar books fast - happy, loyal patients! Highly recommend

Dr. Nishikubo has excellent dentistry skills, easy going bedside manner, and my new crown fits perfectly. Makes for a pleasant experience. Also friendly office manager, Laura. Highly recommended!

Dr. Nishikubo and the office staff are very nice and presumably competent pros.  He came recommended by many friends -  but these friends don't rely on dental insurance.   If you do, you should be careful.   He has a signed contract with my dental insurer to accept in-network pre-negotiated fees for routine dental procedures such as implant crowns, etc.   But on the day the treatment was to begin, and even though the pre-treatment estimate was in their office six weeks earlier, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that he was not willing to accept these preset fees, regardless of his signed contract with my insurer.  He explained that he just could not make any money given his lab costs etc.  OK. Probably true. He's not a charity.  But one must then ask:  why did you sign a contract agreeing to be in-network?  Lots of dentists in town choose to remain "out of network" with insurers, as they find it to be more financially favorable. LATER UPDATE TO ABOVE POST:  He apparently has advised the insurance company that he is exiting his contract with them.  This is the RIGHT thing to do - and I commend that decision - though he should nonetheless have honored his contract while it was still in effect, when it came to my situation.
