Im not surprised by the comments below! The manager today 4/26 at 5pm working there so rude!!!! The employees all look miserable chatting it up via their mics about customers. Disgusting.

Please please please stop spraying so much scent the moment a customer walks in. It's like they purposely wait for the moment someone walks in, then they spray in every corner and walk way to the point where we are overwhelmed and dizzy and nauseous. Several attempts have been made to make lots of purchases on numerous occasions and can't seem to stay in the store long enough. It's offensive and rude, especially to those sensitive to smells. I'm not even one of those people and I had to leave! This store is missing out on sales because of it. Each time I go with someone else they can't take it either. It's too bad because my family and friends could benefit from their merchandise.

Online shopping made it difficult for me to buy the shirts I wanted to buy. I was pressed for time so I was going to buy online... Anyway, I waited the next business day and a courteous young man helped me. The issue I had the previous night of which items are for pick up and which ones are for shipping became the issue of the Aero employee on the phone. So, since I had one day left before my travel, I drove to the shops at Palm Desert and was greeted cordially by a couple of employees. I bought 15 Tshirts, taking advantage of the bogo, buy one, take 2. I paid under $ 200 and because I am giving these shirts away, I asked the cashier to give me at least 3 or 4 Aero bags so it's much nicer to give it away - in fact it'll help in their advertising. The employee gave me one, and I looked at her and asked for more. She said policy is only one bag per customer. I pointed out to her that regular customers don't buy 15 at one time, and they don't have customers buying more than 3 items... "If I keep coming back and and buy 3 at a time every hour, 5x, then I'll get 5 bags...." Those bags are not even heavy duty. I don't think I will ever give them business again.
