        Stopped by today 07/06/19 at 12:30pm. I was the only customer, and the woman there was more into interested on being on her phone than to help me open a new family plan. Bad service and will take my business elsewhere

        Leslie is ClueLess and has Absolutely Horrible Customer Service!!! Needs to be Totally ReTrained!!! And the Number they have on Google is Wrong, goes to a Weird Full Voicemail MSG... How are you Operating a 'Business' and Not know that??? Go Figure!!!

        Maria at MetroPCS took the time to help my mother and I port her number over from a different carrier.We didn't have all of the info needed but Maria patiently dealt with customer service from my moms previous carrier and Metro's customer service. My mom left satisfied and happy, no small feat. Thanks Maria!
