        Staff is not only useless, but racist. The screw you over then play dumb about fixing a problem they've caused. Stuart Snipper is a racist. He dinged our credit score knowing because of the recent past, I had a bankruptcy. Which made me ineligible to get a home long. He knew this, and still did it and ran off to another branch. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS ESPECIALLY STUART SNIPPER NMLS 275529. Marina and Luri were of no help. Clueless workers. Jeff Skala the supposed supervisor of the home loans doesn't care. However Richard Baca was the only knowledgeable one, he seemed genuine.

        Useless staff. Basic banking knowledge and little more. Manager likely promoted to address internal Bank policy issues. Unhelpful in resolving straight-forward matter of removing account signatory. Look elsewhere for customer-oriented bank.
