Ariana At El Paseo Boutique Apartment Homes

This place always runs ads for rent when there are no available units. The only way I could fill out the app was with a $300 deposit, yet no units to even view cause they are all occupied, and nobodys moving. After 3 mos., I requested my deposit back as nothing ever became available. I will say, the refund was very prompt. And here they are again running ad with no available units to show, cause they're fully leased. Very strange.

The manager, Krista, has been very helpful since the first day we were in her office. She has made our move in very smooth and has assisted us with our needs in our apartment. The apartment complex is dog friendly, everyone respects each other, it's clean, calm, and the pool is always clean. I want to thank Krista for being a great manager, professional, and friendly to me and my husband.

I still miss this place. After moving to another location, I realized that I had it good at Ariana. Its a very relaxing place to live with incredibly caring people in management. They took good care of me and were willing to take an extra step to help me in a pinch when I needed it. This place will always have good memories with me :)

I didn't get around to renting at Ariana at El Paseo, but only because in a twist of fate, I ended up relocating. Not only are the grounds absolutely stunning, but the application process was sensical and speedy, which as a New Yorker, I can't help but appreciate. When I got back to Krista sharing that I had moved elsewhere, she quickly cancelled my application and returned my fee. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful and inexpensive place to rent in Palm Desert, I highly recommend Ariana at El Paseo.
