Bar Meets Grill

We popped in on a whim, and were glad we did. Our server Lauren was ingratiating and knew her stuff, which is always critical for our gluten allergy. The lobster bisque was properly flavored. I had a succulent sea bass. It's my favorite seafood, but so many places overcook it. This was perfect. My partner loved her Jidori Chicken and Balsamic Caramelized Cipollini Onions. Yum! Chef Amy stopped by to ask about our experience and feedback. Now THAT's the kind of place we'd go back to, tell them what flavor profiles we're in the mood for, and let them surprise us! Met up here with friends.... Restaurant was somewhat busy on Thursday night. Food was cooked to everyone's likening. Staff was helpful with keeping everyone drinks filled. Food was prepped and cooked to everyone's desire. Kitchen area was open to all guests to see their foods choices prepared by the staff. Pala casino has other restaurants. Stop by and check them out

I made a reservations for 6:00pm, Monday, December 26,2022. The hostess sat us at our table almost immediately. A restaurant staff brought the bread and butter and told us the server will be here shortly. 15 minutes later the wife informed the hostess that no one stopped by to take our drink order. She apologized and went off to talk to the server. 10 minutes later we decided to leave the restaurant. The wife spoke to the hostess again and, someone I believed to be the manager. She explained to them about the lack of service and all they said was "we are sorry". They made no attempt to fix the situation. We ate the bread and left. The bread was tasty. I don't know about the other food.

My fiance and I had our date night. Bar Meets Grill overpassed our expectations. Both of our dishes were spectacular. They were served hot and appetizing. We enjoyed the wasabi mashed potato, fish, and pasta. Our compliments to the Chef. Bar Meets Grill is highly recommended for your dine-in pleasure.
