My initial impression was not the best, hence why I initially rated it with one star. Barry came out to address my plumbing needs in the morning, and the experience left a bit to be desired. After the service, I spent some time trying to reach out for further assistance regarding a certain issue but faced some difficulty in getting the help I needed. However, a few hours later, I managed to reach the management. Nathaniel, who was very professional and courteous, took the time to listen and offered a viable solution, striving to rectify the situation. I'm thankful that I got in touch with Nathaniel. It was a stroke of good luck to find him. He picked up my call after only a few rings, and despite nearing the end of his working hours, he graciously agreed to come and fix our blocked drain. Our water heater unfortunately gave out late on a Sunday night, so I got in touch with Parker & Sons Plumbing at 0800 on Monday morning. By 0900, Barry was at our Pacoima home ready to install our new water heater. He was in and out by 1000. I was pleasantly surprised by how swiftly and efficiently they managed this for us. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend their services!
