I've had the distinct pleasure of working with Luis Loera and his team with Optimum Works. They provide a wonderful service to the community, for all residential & commercial applications for their handrails, stairs, etc and operate in a very efficient manner, and customer centered operation!

I found Optimum Works after researching online. I ordered a 16' foot square metal railing to replace an existing older outdated round light wood railing in a 3rd story Loft condo. I was impressed with the professionalism and communication after ordering. Once completed, I opted to have the railing professionally installed. Luis Loera and his team delivered the railing which they also had to hoist up three stories due to its length. Once again, I was very impressed with the professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail that Luis provided. Luis and his crew arrived prepared for the job from hoisting up to installing and all I had to do was provide them access. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after the job was complete. The new railing is much more solid and firmer than the old railing was, very solid and secure and the finish gives a much more modern look. I'm very happy with the finished product and I highly recommend Optimum Works and would work with them again.
