My mom and I came in to buy 2 twin beds for my daughters since they no longer fit in their toddler beds. My mom suggested we come in here since she said these local businesses were usually more affordable than anything online so we came in to look. We were undecisive on which beds to get, they only had 3 different styles on display and we narrowed it down to 2. We discussed and i told her she had the final word so she chose one and told the man that worked there that we wanted 2 of that one style. We payed for the beds and the guy said that we had to pick up the beds ourselves and that he would call us to come pick them up once the guy who helps him arrived that way he could load them into our car. 2 hrs later he calls saying the guy arrived and that he would actually be able to deliver them.. well 20 mins later he arrives with the 2 different models that my mom and I had been debating on. My mom calls me to go outside and so i tell the man that one of them wasnt the one we had chosen. We chose 2 of the *same style bed frame. He seemed upset and told me that he doesnt make mistakes and he clearly heard when my mom and I both chose those beds. The guy that was with him even commented "its better if the styles are different. Why would u want them both the same?" Well the styles were *completely different and we wanted them to match since my daughters have a shared room... I told him he must not have heard clearly because one of those wasnt it. Then he cut me off and said all sales are final and its too late. Therefore i wouldnt recommend this place.

Horrible customer service
