        Terrible service The employees always serve you poorly and send you an incomplete order and you call and tell you if you want to return as if you had the whole day for them

        I wont say for all shifts but definitely the morning shift does not care about their work. They dont care about what theyre serving. Yesterday morning on my second order I had a Baja blast freeze. They gave me one that looked white and melting quickly on the bottom, on top of that it was soooo light you can tell it wasnt right. I told him it wasnt right and he looked at me like I had two heads but complied and tried making another one which surprise surprise came out the same. He still handed it to me expecting me to take it. I told him it wasnt right, I had to point out everything wrong about it. He asked which other one I wanted , implying there is more than one option. I ask him what they got, they just had blue raspberry of course so with no choices I took it. I also told them they should not be serving items that were not working or if its not right. Then, I go in this morning and when I get my food the hash brown is just hard. The thing looked wrong. Never coming to this place again even with its convenient location it is not worth the hassle.
