        This is a great beach for surfing. The scenery is spectacular. I took the Rockaway Point trail and walked all the way to the top where the views of the beach were spectacular. Thanks to the recent rains, the place is bustling with wildflowers. Happened to see sparrows and the snowy plower which is native to the area which was a pretty cool sighting. There is a taco bell cantina right on the beach to grab food while watching people surf and enjoy the sound of waves crashing on the shore.
