        Rockaway Inn was priced lower but tried Sea Breeze because it was right on beach. We were disappointed because bed had a lot of little black specs not sure i hope it was sand particles so i slept on top of covers. The restaurant next door Nicks was excellent.

        Average place to stay with higher prices. Super unprofessional with communication. Hope they are treating the customer better then the employees... P.S. to clarify the two people in the video have both been fired and there was no need to lie on me to keep us down(PS just for owner and the girl that lied to the owner)

        The manager, Ella is very unprofessional. We were discriminated against by her and felt unsafe. We decided to cut our trip short. She is very aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable if we stayed any longer. We hope that this does not happen to anyone in the future. Alex, who was aware of the situation was very understating and tried to help us as much as she could. Hopefully the manager can learn from her.

      We are really sorry about your experience. We take great pride in cleanliness and our cleaning team works super hard to maintain standards. Because we are right on the beach, sand does tend to make its way in if a window or door is open. Rest assured, our bedding is professionally laundered, and nothing is left untouched after each guest. Please allow us the opportunity to make it up to you.

      Natalie, thank you very much for your feedback. I am really sorry for your experience at Seabreeze Motel. It is never our intention to discriminate against our guests having pets. We are one of the few hotels in town that allow pets. As we discussed, your newly adopted dog was left unattended for an extended period of time and barked uncontrollably, impacting other guests around. We don’t like to interrupt any of our guests plans, but only wanted to make you aware of the situation. We are sorry that you cut your trip short and would love to make it up to you.
