I had only a small amount of cash after my husband died. I wanted to stay in my home and the extra cash from the reverse allows me to do that. If I am careful in the future I will still have equity in my house for my heirs.

Ms. Debra and her Team were exceptional. They provided top-notch service in an expeditious manner! Ms. Debra went beyond the call of duty to secure a Reverse Mortgage for my 98 year old Mother. We appreciate everything she did for us. Ms. Debra definitely left an impression upon our hearts - especially Moms to the tune of some very high praises (still up until this very day)! Debra Gonzalez is very responsive and worked with every step of the way. We had a difficult time getting the condo FHA approved, and Debra walked us through the process and helped us get this done. I would recommend her to friends and use her again if the need arises!
