Super rude. Didn't even let me tell him what I was there for. Just interrupted me saying "I know I know" then continued to talk under his breath the whole time making the people orders. Never had this happen at cold stones kinda sad really seem like there going downhill by the people they higher.

I took my grandaughter here after pizza and all I have to say is, if you don't want to be here than LEAVE. It's better than treating people like your poop don't stink. Never again will I be spending money here. And by the way, are you to lazy to claen a bathroom, thats the only reason I can think why you still have them closed.

Customer service has eluded these people. I got 2 scoops of different flavors. I asked for a mix-in topping with one of the flavors. The little boy who was unenthusiastically helping me flat out refused. He said Its too much work. I pointed out that the process is the exact same as any other order with a mix-in. He then said he could mix both flavors and toppings together, but couldnt do a mix-in on only one of the flavors. Thats ridiculous AND the same amount of work. Whats worsethe senior fellow working with him said nothing, allowing this kid to flat out lie to customers. Shame.
